Premalu Movie Review

                                         Premalu Movie Review

In the romantic comedy Premalu, Sachin (Naslen) is the protagonist of a hopelessly one-sided romance. On the final day of his four years of college, he pops the question to the lady at the beginning of the movie. She turns him down. He is devastated by this. After that, he falls in love with Reenu (Mamitha Baiju) once more. Reenu is a very organized individual who works for an IT company. She expects a lot from her spouse and has plans till she becomes thirty. She expects Sachin to be the complete opposite. a loser sort. Although he is somewhat eccentric, Aadhi, the senior member of her team, is the one who meets our expectations.

These three individuals essentially form a love triangle throughout the movie. It is seen as humorous. The plot is masterfully written, incorporating a large number of characters. The teacher, Amal Davis, Niharika, also known as Wanderlust, and the supporting cast make an impression that lasts. Naslen is a celebrity. His comedic timing is excellent, and he simply owns the film in style. For example, when he is questioned about stalking, he discusses the stock market. We laugh out at his conviction and timing. There is a noticeable chemistry between him and Mamitha and Sangeeth. In contrast, Mamitha is outstanding and the star of the show.

The movie is set in Hyderabad, which is a significant change for Malayalam cinema. Since the days of Nadodikkattu, Bengaluru or Chennai have been romanticized in the majority of Malayalam films. Yes, it felt revitalizing. However, there are numerous allusions to Tamil movies, such as the "Loosu Penne song" and the Kaadhal Kondein scene. The experience is made more interesting even by the little Easter eggs, such as the "Cherathukal" song as the ringtone or the Hridayam secret room.

In addition to the allusions, Girish makes good use of the cameos. either Syam Pushkaran or Mathew Thomas. The soundtrack by Vishu Vijay infuses the movie with a lot of vitality. Overall, Premalu has been the most enjoyable experience I've had recently.
